By accessing or using the Automated Calls services operated by Oleksii Radetskyi ("we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Automated Calls provides a platform for launching automated outbound telephone call campaigns using your own SIP credentials. The service is currently in waitlist/beta stage.
3. Acceptable Use
You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, including telecommunications regulations (GDPR, EU privacy directives). Using the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or other illegal activities is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
